We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements ensuring mutual benefit and long-term collaboration.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand professional network.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and achievements.
  • Manage client proposals from initial contact through to successful completion.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend events.
