A leading services organisation supporting enterprise, government, semi-government and high-growth businesses across the UAE. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a highly driven Business Development Consultant to identify opportunities, open doors and win new business across the market.
Job Description
- Identify and win new business opportunities across enterprise, government, semi-government and start-up sectors
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline through networking, prospecting and market engagement
- Develop relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Lead client meetings to understand requirements and position suitable technology services solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and deal closure
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop client-focused solutions
- Grow new accounts into long-term strategic partnerships
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and CRM reporting
- Represent the business at industry and networking events across the UAE
- Minimum 5 years of business development or technology sales experience within the UAE
- Strong track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling technology services, consulting, managed services, cloud or SaaS solutions
- Established network across enterprise, government or technology sectors
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Background from a reputable technology, consulting or professional services organisation is advantageous
- Highly commercial, self-motivated and results-driven
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills
- Strong pipeline management and organisational capabilities
- Exposure to major enterprise, government and semi-government clients
- Collaborative, performance-driven culture
