Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Development Analyst to support our company’s growth initiatives. This role focuses on analyzing market trends, evaluating business opportunities, and providing data-driven insights to inform business development strategies. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a proactive approach to identifying and supporting opportunities that drive revenue and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
    • Analyze customer data, sales trends, and business performance to identify actionable insights.
    • Provide recommendations for market entry, product expansion, and strategic partnerships.
  • Business Development Support:
    • Assist in developing and implementing business growth strategies.
    • Support the business development team in lead generation, client targeting, and opportunity evaluation.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for stakeholders and management.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development initiatives.
    • Analyze ROI, revenue potential, and market feasibility of new projects or partnerships.
    • Maintain dashboards and generate actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Collaboration & Strategic Input:
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to align growth strategies with business objectives.
    • Provide data-driven insights to inform negotiations, pricing strategies, and partnership opportunities.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor strategies.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or business development.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
