Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and contributing to the company’s revenue objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong sales acumen, market insight, and excellent relationship-building skills to achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Opportunity Identification:
    • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and client segments.
    • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to inform strategy.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and strategic partners.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
    • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Sales & Business Growth:
    • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
    • Track business development activities, sales performance, and KPIs.
    • Prepare regular reports and present insights to senior management.
    • Continuously evaluate strategies to improve client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Collaboration & Strategic Planning:
    • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align business development initiatives with overall company strategy.
    • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build brand presence.
    • Contribute to strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
