Job Summary: Team Leader - Sales

The Team Leader - Sales is responsible for leading and directing the sales team to achieve the company's revenue and sales goals in the Building & Infrastructure sector within the UAE, with a focus on the Dubai and Northern Emirates regions. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing and developing a high-performing sales team, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive business growth.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, with a preference for civil, structural, or other engineering disciplines

Minimum 5 years of proven sales leadership experience, preferably in the building and infrastructure industry

Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Strong knowledge and understanding of the building and infrastructure/construction field in the UAE, particularly in Dubai and the Northern Emirates

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team

Proficient in using CRM software and data analysis tools, with experience in Salesforce being a plus

Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable

Willingness to travel within the UAE as required

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in business administration or a related field

Professional certifications (e.g., LEED, PMP, or industry-specific accreditations)

Prior experience working for an international engineering or consulting firm

Familiarity with Bureau Veritas' services and offerings
