Business Analyst - Telco

🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

▸ Minimum 5 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry with exposure to OSS/BSS, 5G, or Fixed Line domains.

▸ Proven track record in Product Management, including roadmap definition and backlog prioritization.

▸ Strong Business Analysis skills, specifically in requirements elicitation, documentation (BRD/FRD), and user story creation.

▸ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using tools like JIRA and Confluence.

▸ Proficiency in Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) and process mapping.

▸ Understanding of API integrations and data models relevant to telecom infrastructure.

▸ Ability to analyze complex data sets to drive product decisions and strategy.

▸ Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

✨ 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀:

▸ Certification in Product Management (e.g., CSPO, CPM) or Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP).

▸ Technical knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) within a Telco context.

▸ Experience with specific billing or provisioning systems (e.g., Amdocs, Ericsson, Oracle).

▸ Background in software development or technical architecture.

▸ Experience leading digital transformation projects within a legacy telco environment.
