Job Description

The Business Analyst is a key player in bridging the gap between IT and business strategies by assessing processes, determining requirements, and delivering data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of industry trends and business processes, as well as an analytical mindset to drive project success and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The Business Analyst will work closely with the management team, stakeholders, and IT department to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. This position demands excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of data analysis tools, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop detailed documentation of business requirements and translate them for IT solutions.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with stakeholders.
  • Identify, document, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with users to define and enhance business processes and requirements.
  • Work closely with IT teams to develop functional designs and solutions.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmark industry best practices to influence strategy.
  • Facilitate workshops for process mapping and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, with high-quality outcomes.
  • Support the training and onboarding of new team members and end-users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role for at least 3 years.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using data visualization and analysis tools such as Tableau or Excel.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and business process modeling.
