Job Description

The Business Analyst is a crucial component of any management team, bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders to optimize processes and improve efficiency. With a growing reliance on data-driven decision-making, an adept Business Analyst ensures that companies leverage analytics and data insights to drive business strategies and outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights that inform business decisions.
  • Document current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and present proposals for moderate to significant process changes.
  • Support project teams during the analysis and planning stages of software development.
  • Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Create detailed reports and visualizations to summarize findings and support recommendations.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Design and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators for the organization.
  • Support business transition and help establish change processes.
  • Assess the impact of requested changes and project benefits for new initiatives.
  • Aid in the development of project plans and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to create detailed reports and presentations using data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and workflows in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a keen eye for process improvement opportunities.
