Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate civil engineering solutions into projects.
• Utilize advanced software to design and simulate infrastructure systems and structures.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
• Assess potential environmental impacts of construction and propose sustainable alternatives.
• Manage project documentation, including design changes, progress reports, and regulations.
• Provide technical advice and solutions during project planning and execution phases.
• Evaluate and ensure quality control and assurance for materials and construction techniques.
• Prepare tender documents and oversee the tendering process for new projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not always mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering design software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for team collaboration and management.
