With the expanding landscape of digital transactions, the role of a Business Analyst in the Cards and Payments domain is integral to bridging business objectives with technology solutions. As a vital member of the team, the Business Analyst will support the development and evaluation of payment systems and card programs. This includes conducting thorough market analysis and collaborating with stakeholders to streamline processes. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in understanding customer needs and translating them into functional requirements. Your role will be critical in ensuring that the payment solutions are seamless, secure, and aligned with industry standards, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements meticulously for new payment system initiatives.
  • Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed documentation for business rules, use cases, and processes.
  • Provide insights based on industry trends impacting the cards and payments sector.
  • Liaise effectively with IT teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
  • Conduct thorough testing of payment solutions before deployment to production.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of existing card and payment systems and recommend upgrades.
  • Oversee the transition and integration of new products into business operations smoothly.
  • Assist in risk assessment and management strategies for payment solutions.
  • Engage in continuous learning to keep skills relevant to industry advancements.
  • Organize training sessions to improve client and user knowledge on payment products.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to enhance workflow and objectives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in cards and payments domain.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing systems and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Office Suite, SQL, and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
