A Business Analyst plays a vital role in improving an organization's processes and systems. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis to identify business opportunities and improvement areas.

  • Develop strategic plans and propose solutions to meet business objectives.

  • Collaborate with project managers to align on project scope and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain detailed reports on project progress and performance metrics.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis to support financial decision-making processes.
  • Liaise with internal and external clients to understand business needs.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to recommend improvements.
  • Deliver training and support to users to ensure successful project integrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proven ability to solve problems and work within strict deadlines.
  • Experience using data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
