The Branding, PR & Social Media Senior Associate is a dynamic role crafted for an individual who thrives in the fast-paced world of marketing and communications. As a pivotal part of our marketing team, the Senior Associate will harness their expertise in brand management, public relations, and social media to fortify our brand presence in the market. This role encompasses strategizing and executing integrated campaigns that amplify our brand message, enhance media relations, and foster engaging communities across social media platforms. Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage branding strategies that align with business goals.
  • Create and oversee the execution of comprehensive public relations campaigns.
  • Launch and manage social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and key journalists.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of branding, PR, and social media initiatives.
  • Generate innovative ideas for content creation across digital and traditional channels.
  • Develop crisis communication plans and manage public relations in challenging times.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members in branding and PR practices.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to anticipate consumer movements and adjustments needed.
  • Prepare reports for senior management to inform them of campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Organize and attend company events to facilitate PR activities and network with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in branding, public relations, or social media roles for 4+ years.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to engage audiences.
  • Experience in managing multiple digital channels and social media platforms effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with media and influencers.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategic decision-making processes.
  • Creative thinking capable of generating innovative ideas and solutions continuously.
