Job Description

The Brand Coordinator for the Home Division is instrumental in supporting the brand's positioning, marketing initiatives, and overall identity reinforcement. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging, effective brand representation, and consistent presentation across all consumer touchpoints. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of brand management principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to execute marketing plans that drive growth and consumer engagement. Additionally, the Brand Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing market trends, researching competitive landscapes, and recommending strategies that enhance brand presence in the market. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to align on brand objectives and deliverables.
  • Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to inform branding strategies.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing promotions and product launches.
  • Compile and analyze data from marketing campaigns to assess effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all channels.
  • Support the development of content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
  • Assist in managing budgets and tracking expenditures related to brand activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the Brand Manager and marketing team as needed.
  • Support public relations activities to enhance brand reputation and visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Proven experience in brand management or related marketing roles preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market research data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Project management experience is an advantage for this role.
