Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our busy Bookings Team to support Breathe Maintenance Operations. The Booking Team member will take direction from the Operations Manager and will report to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities


  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, understand their specific maintenance needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the booking process.
  • Handle our ZOKO messaging system and responding accordingly.
  • Send quotations to clients.
  • Follow up with clients on quotes sent for payment and/or feedback.
  • Book Breathe clients onto our CRM.
  • Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during the booking process, demonstrating a professional and calm tone to resolve customer concerns.
  • Daily follow-ups with potential clients to provide information and pricing.
  • Chase debtor’s payments to ensure timely payment of works carried out.
  • Provide ongoing support, information, and assistance to clients to ensure their happiness with our service.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the services we provide to communicate with clients.
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.


Role Requirements:


  • Background of customer service and using booking systems.
  • Background of maintenance preferred.
  • Proficient in MS 365.
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
