Key Responsibilities
- Support the Global Event Marketing team
- Coordinate large and small scale events
- Provide on-site event support
- Manage ticketing and guest lists, vendor coordination
- Conduct venue and market research
- Support social media engagement strategies
- Track and report on event-related content
- Swag coordination
- Detail-oriented and collaborative
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in event planning preferred
- Comfortable with remote work and flexible hours
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Forms
