BIM Manager - 100% (m/f)

The Ideal Candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in BIM management, possessing strong leadership skills and extensive experience in structural modelling and alignment projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of detailed BIM models for structural components and alignments in linear projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to interpret design intent and translate concepts into comprehensive models and drawings.
• Manage the utilization of industry-standard software to create and modify 2D and 3D models, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior BIM team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven track record (minimum 8 years) in BIM modelling, detailing, and shop drawings, with a focus on structure, alignment, and linear projects.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in the Middle East region is preferred.
