BIM Architect

Job Title: BIM Architect / Architectural BIM Expert

We're seeking a skilled BIM Architect / Architectural BIM Expert to join our team!

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain high-quality BIM models for architectural projects

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design integration

- Use Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software for modeling, clash detection, and construction documents

- Ensure models meet project standards and quality control checks

- Generate 3D visualizations, renderings and presentations

- Conduct quantity takeoffs for cost estimation and procurement

- Provide technical support and training on BIM software and best practices

- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and develop BIM Execution Plans

Qualifications:

- Degree in Architecture

- Strong technical skills in BIM software and workflows

- Experience in the Middle East region preferred

Requirements:

- Minimum 8yrs experience in BIM modeling and coordination

- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software

- Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
