Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the restaurant, fostering a culture of exceptional service.
• Communicate with staff regarding their responsibilities and act as a role model for appropriate conduct.
• Drive sales through effective marketing strategies and outstanding customer service.
• Uphold and enforce sanitation and safety standards in the restaurant.
• Coordinate with the management to arrange training for new hires and overall staff development.
• Handle guest feedback gracefully, taking immediate action to rectify any complaints.
• Assist with restaurant administration tasks as required.
  
  

• A minimum of 3 years equivalent work experience; previous leadership experience is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comprehensive foundation in conflict resolution.
• Demonstrable expertise in customer service norms within the hospitality industry.
