Job Description

An Automobile Service Adviser acts as the frontline customer support in automobile service centers and dealerships. This professional is responsible for maintaining clear and open communication with customers regarding their vehicle needs while ensuring that all necessary maintenance and repairs are performed quickly and efficiently. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and parts terminology.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to customers and technicians.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and appointments in a face-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with service documentation and computer systems for scheduling and record-keeping.
