Job Description

As an Automation/ELV Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving the sales growth and strategy for our company's Automation and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) services. This role is integral to our business as you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions that align with our capabilities. Your leadership will be vital in guiding the sales team, developing sales plans, and ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve organizational sales objectives effectively.

  • Identify opportunities for market growth within the Automation and ELV sector.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver seamless customer solutions and services.

  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.
  • Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies and procedures effectively.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and value.
  • Provide training and mentorship to develop the skills and abilities of the sales team.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our brand successfully.
  • Constantly update knowledge on the latest automation and ELV products and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales management within the ELV sector.
  • Strong understanding of automation and ELV systems and their applications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are required.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies to improve performance.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
