JOB DESCRIPTION As a Lead Salesforce Developer, you will provide Salesforce solutions that efficiently and effectively solve complex business capabilities and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products.

ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

• Build our healthcare products using the Salesforce platform and Service cloud, Experience Cloud capabilities.
• Manage product development lifecycles through the Salesforce Security Review process.
• Perform development functions involving visual force, apex, triggers, components controllers, process builder, flow, etc.
• Solid understanding of Lightning components and building end-user solutions using engaging user experience.
• Implement solutions at end-customers for specific customizations and data integration with customer applications.
• Lead and/or assist in requirement analysis, technical design, data modeling, sprint planning and team management.
• Take ownership responsibility of product delivery on time with a predictive schedule and reliability.
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

7+ years of professional Salesforce application development experience, including working with Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce.

Strong systems analysis, problem solving, and design skills.

Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce’s Service Cloud

Ability to collaborate with technical peers

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent problem-solving ability.

In-depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and backend experience with Salesforce integrations

Ability to work independently to get the job done.

In-depth, enterprise-level understanding of developing applications on the Force.com platform.

Excellent planning, organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.

Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling and database schemas.
