Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural and engineering drawings using AutoCAD software.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers on design requirements.
• Ensure that all drafts meet the prescribed standards and codes.
• Convert sketches and specifications into detailed CAD drawings efficiently.
• Revise and update existing drawings according to project modifications.
• Maintain documentation of all draft plans and related specifications.
• Assist in site visits to gather data and support construction activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve design issues.
• Create 2D and 3D renderings for project presentations and submissions.
• Develop and maintain a library of standard CAD blocks and components.
• Adhere to project timelines while managing multiple assignments concurrently.
• Continuously update skills in the latest drafting and modeling software tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD software and other drafting tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration and problem resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Degree or certification in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
