Job Description

The Audio Visual Sales Executive plays a crucial role in identifying and driving sales opportunities for audio-visual products and services. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong ability to understand clients' needs and offer the best AV solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of sales acumen, technical knowledge, and customer service excellence. Working closely with the sales team, the Audio Visual Sales Executive will execute strategic plans to expand the customer base and maximize sales revenue. An important aspect of this role is staying updated with industry trends and continuously improving our AV offering. Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish contact with potential clients seeking audio-visual solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Provide detailed information about the products or services to clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth installation and configuration.
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations for clients to secure business deals.
  • Maintain and build robust relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Attend industry trade shows or conferences to enhance sales and networking skills.
  • Negotiate and close sales with clients, ensuring competitive and fair pricing.
  • Monitor competition by gathering market information on pricing and products.
  • Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports to track progress.
  • Coordinate between clients and support teams for seamless problem resolution.
  • Stay informed on emerging AV technologies to assist clients with the latest solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the audio-visual industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients.
  • Strong understanding of audio-visual products, technologies, and market trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
