• Consult with clients to clarify project requirements and financial constraints.
• Incorporate sustainable practices and materials in estimate preparation, when possible.
• Track market trends and adjust estimates to reflect current industry standards.
• Manage multiple project estimates concurrently, ensuring timely submission and high quality.
• Conduct post-project analysis to refine estimating techniques and improve accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of three years of experience as an estimator in the landscaping industry or similar field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in cost assessment and estimation.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple estimates and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices and materials is strongly preferred.
