Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 7 years of experience in SFMC Interaction Studio Marketing Cloud and SFMC-Datorama. The ideal candidate will support IT business operations in a hybrid work model focusing on enhancing marketing strategies through technical expertise. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive impactful solutions without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions using SFMC Interaction Studio to enhance marketing strategies and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Marketing Cloud solutions within existing IT infrastructure.
• Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns using SFMC-Datorama to provide actionable insights and improve performance metrics.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SFMC platforms to ensure smooth business operations.
• Design and execute data-driven marketing initiatives that align with business goals and enhance customer experiences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SFMC features and best practices to continuously improve marketing solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure data integrity and security within SFMC platforms to protect sensitive customer information.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns providing recommendations for improvement.
• Support the IT business support team by addressing technical challenges and implementing efficient solutions.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and align on strategic objectives.
• Contribute to the development of documentation and training materials for end-users and team members.
