           About The Job

• Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring facilities meet brand standards, efficient shift planning, and accurate guest administration.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with Jumeirah’s luxury standards, prioritizing safety and confidentiality.
• Act as the main liaison for VIP, VVIP, and Dignitary guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized spa experience.
• Monitor financial performance, including P&L and KPIs, and recommend strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
• Lead and develop spa team through scheduling, training, coaching, and maintaining accurate colleague records.
• Drive guest satisfaction through NPS targets, Medallia review analysis, up-selling initiatives, and continuous service improvement
  
   About You

• Certified in spa-related courses with a solid educational foundation; a Bachelors degree in Hospitality or related field is an advantage.
• 8–10 years of spa management experience within luxury hospitality or high-end wellness environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Opera, and Book4Time; advanced knowledge of yield management systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, project management, and creative thinking skills.
• Experience with innovative wellness technologies and a detail-oriented approach to guest service excellence.
