Job Description

Lead the development and implementation of GIS strategies for construction projects.
Develop and implement the entitys GIS strategy, aligning it with business goals, urban planning and infrastructure priorities.
Drive innovation in geospatial solutions, introducing cutting-edge technologies, data visualisation and automation to enhance decision-making
Provide strategic insights through spatial analytics to support executive decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate GIS solutions into ongoing projects.
Oversee the design and maintenance of GIS databases and systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in GIS operations.
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and innovation through GIS technologies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate Director - GIS should have:

A strong educational background in GIS, geography, or a related field.
Proven expertise in GIS technologies and software applications.
Experience in managing GIS projects within the construction or RE industry.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
