Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Associate Creative Director to head the design and delivery of high-impact spatial experiences across our global portfolio. This role is for someone who can translate abstract briefs into emotionally compelling, build-ready environments.

You’ll serve as a central creative force—interpreting client briefs, collaborating with sales teams during pitch development, and leading 3D design teams through the entire project lifecycle. From intimate immersive rooms to large-scale pavilions, your work will blend storytelling, interaction design, and spatial strategy to create meaningful and measurable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the spatial design vision for Rayqube projects—from concept through execution—balancing creative ambition with commercial and technical feasibility.
• Interpret and develop creative briefs, working closely with the sales and strategy teams to translate client aspirations into spatial narratives and concepts.
• Collaborate during pitch and pre-sales phases, contributing design thinking and rapid visualization to win new business.
• Design spatial hierarchies, zones, audience flows, and interaction points for cultural, brand, and innovation-driven spaces.
• Supervise and mentor 3D designers and visualizers, reviewing and refining their work to ensure quality, consistency, and creative integrity.
• Present design proposals to internal teams and clients using sketches, moodboards, 3D renders, and storytelling presentations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and fabricators to ensure constructability, material accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Align all physical and visual touchpoints to the overarching message, mood, and brand experience.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of professional experience in spatial design, exhibition design, scenography, or immersive architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to lead concept development and deliver high-quality, narrative-rich environments.
• Strong understanding of audience behavior in space—circulation, sightlines, sensory design, and interaction flow.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Unity/Unreal or lighting tools is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with commercial teams and adapting creative strategies to business goals.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide remote teams.

Bonus Skills

• Experience designing for international expos, museum exhibits, or brand showcases.
• Working knowledge of fabrication techniques, sustainable materials, and structural coordination.
• Familiarity with interactive technologies, sensor systems, and AV-integrated environments.
