The Assistant Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Relationship Management team in maintaining and enhancing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This position involves assisting in the management of client portfolios, preparing detailed client reports, and responding to client inquiries and needs promptly. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. As a proactive team player, the Assistant Relationship Manager collaborates closely with senior managers to implement strategies aimed at improving client engagement and service delivery. In addition to handling client communication, this role also demands staying updated on market trends and providing insights to enhance client strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Assist Relationship Managers in managing client portfolios and associated tasks efficiently.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive client reports and presentations regularly.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support client acquisition strategies.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, ensuring optimum participation.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and urgency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Monitor and report on client satisfaction and feedback to management.
  • Contribute insights and ideas to improve client service and satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing customized financial strategies tailored to client's goals and aspirations.
  • Support in the execution of marketing and business development initiatives for client growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to provide clients with competitive insights.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a client-facing financial role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other financial management tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
