Job Overview:

As an Assistant Relationship Manager in Business Banking (Assets) you will be responsible for carrying out the regular Asset related activities including credit proposal preparation, portfolio monitoring and managing some of the assigned portfolio activities on day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities: 

  •  Prepare and support credit proposals for new, enhanced, and renewed facilities in line with client requirements and bank policies.
  • Coordinate with Relationship Managers, clients, Credit, CRAD, and operations teams to obtain information, complete documentation, create securities, and activate limits.
  • Review financial performance, account conduct, AECB findings, covenants, approval terms, and key credit risks.
  • Manage transaction referrals for working capital facilities and resolve queries relating to TFS, Factoring, and LBD.
  • Monitor the assigned asset portfolio, including covenants and the renewal of insurance, valuations, and mortgage documents.
  • Prepare MIS and performance reports, support system migrations such as nCino, and assist with ad hoc asset-related activities.
  •  Around 5 years of banking – preferably in SME/ Corporate with understanding on Credit & Risk parameters
  • Knowledge of banking products, services & credit systems
  • Ability to undertake financial analysis & identify risks in credit proposals
  • Graduate / Postgraduate – preferably business / Finance / accounting

 

Skills and Experience 

  • Around 5 years of banking – preferably in SME/ Corporate with understanding on Credit & Risk parameters
  • Knowledge of banking products, services & credit systems
  • Ability to undertake financial analysis & identify risks in credit proposals
  • Graduate / Postgraduate – preferably business / Finance / accounting
