 Key Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing local marketing campaigns.
  
• Deliver marketing activities in line with JLR guidelines and best practices.
  
• Use GRMS, Marketing Asset Management and Ad Builder to customise and deliver marketing assets.
  
• Coordinate advertising, POS materials, brochures and showroom promotional activities.
  
• Support marketing events and customer engagement activities.
  
• Track marketing activities, timelines, quality, costs and budgets.
  
• Prepare and maintain marketing reports and KPI updates.
  
• Build strong relationships with customers and support an excellent customer experience.
  
• Coordinate with Sales, Aftersales and JLR NSC teams.
  
• Maintain accurate customer database and visit information.
