Job Description

As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Relationship Manager in managing client accounts and delivering tailored financial solutions. Your main focus will be on nurturing existing clients and developing new relationships to help grow the business. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients, assisting them with their banking needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will analyze financial statements, process transactions, and prepare reports while maintaining a keen eye for detail. In this dynamic role, you will be expected to build a strong understanding of the various products and services we offer and identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.


Responsibilities

  • Assist the Relationship Manager in managing a portfolio of client accounts efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of client transactions and requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service experience.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential market opportunities for clients.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of client financial reports and statements.
  • Support the Relationship Manager in achieving team sales and revenue objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Participate actively in client meetings, including preparation and follow-up actions.
  • Communicate effectively to resolve any client inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Contribute to business growth by seeking referrals and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a banking or financial services role.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare detailed client reports.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks and client needs.
