This role involves:

• Ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction at the suite’s levels including Live Lounge and Dine & View.
• Directing Suites staff in the areas of service and operational duties and will work closely with other departments such as guest experience, culinary and events to ensure that Suites operations run smoothly.
• Ensuring that standards for quality, service, timeliness, safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance are met for food service within the suites seating areas including Live Lounge and Dine & View.
• Providing hands-on management and oversight during events and will organize and support post-event closing of the suites including Live lounges and Dine & View.

This role is on a freelancer agreement, and it requires the candidate to have their own visa / sponsorship. A detailed job description can be found below.

Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in hospitality, business or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial role in F&B.
• Must have previous experience in a license restaurant preferably in clubs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in events .
• Fluent in English, proficiency in Arabic will be a plus.
