About The Role

The role supports the Manager of Employee Residences in planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of colleague accommodation. It ensures that all employees are provided with five-star living conditions that are clean, safe, and well-maintained, contributing to a high quality of life throughout their employment with Atlantis Resorts.

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of colleague accommodation, including arrivals, room allocations, and induction processes. It oversees housekeeping, linen, and laundry services, while coordinating essential amenities such as mail, groceries, gym, and café facilities. The role also supports social activities and promotes high levels of colleague engagement. Additionally, it serves as the main point of contact for colleague concerns, ensuring all issues are addressed professionally.

About You

The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration, along with a minimum of three years of managerial experience in a relevant field. They are highly customer-focused and have successfully overseen large-scale employee accommodations, serving over 500 residents. Their expertise spans budgeting, financial forecasting, logistics, and inventory management. Known for their strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities, they also demonstrate a solid understanding of safety protocols and advanced skills in financial operations, data analysis, and Microsoft Office tools.
