Job Description

The Assistant Manager position at Restaurant 14D25 is a crucial role within our team, responsible for steering the day-to-day operations and ensuring that every guest receives outstanding service. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of restaurant policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to manage restaurant operations and coordinate staff activities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a keen eye for quality standards.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software to streamline operations.
  • Knowledge of financial management to analyze sales and control costs effectively.
