About the Business Consulting team

Within our Business Consulting team, we partner with clients across various industries, offering expertise in solving fundamental business challenges. Our services are structured around two key pillars:

  • Strategy & Analytics - encompassing corporate & deal strategy, growth, profitability, pricing and analytics
  • Integrated Business Transformation, where we align people, processes, and technology, creating a cohesive environment that drives efficiency, unlocks innovation, and builds lasting value


 As an Assistant Manager/Manager some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing the role of project manager on engagements, helping to manage the interface with clients, co-ordinate and review research and analysis
  • Ability to project manage effectively internally and externally to ensure effective communication with all relevant stakeholders
  • Managing, developing, training, coaching and mentoring staff on projects and assessing performance for engagement and year-end reviews
  • Leading on all projects involving modelling, feasibility studies, financial models, and commercial diligence
  • Utilizing BI tools like Power BI, to create dashboards and report, providing actionable insights from complex data sets
  • Aligning strategies with business goals, prioritizing investments based on ROI and strategic impact
  • Performing accurate analysis and designing effective solutions for a variety of client issues
  • Performing business development activities including assisting partners and directors throughout the entire sales cycle: client relationship building, opportunity creation/identification, opportunity qualification, proposals, statements of work, oral presentations, developing project approaches, resource models, and pricing estimates
  • Maintaining a good working relationship with clients and work effectively with client management and staff at all levels to gather information and perform services
  • Meeting or exceeding targeted billing hours (utilization)
