About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join the Finance team at Sarood Hospitaly . The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Review of P&L and detailed ledger of the outlets
• Review balance sheet reconciliation with complete supporting documents
• Ensure all month end tasks & reports are completed as per the deadlines
• Prepare audit requirements
• Assist in preparing GRP reports
• Assist the Finance Analyst in budget preparation
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost control within the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, inventory systems, and procurement processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Proficient in cost accounting and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and inventory software (e.g., Micros, , Oracle).
