Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a sales manager in the retail industry for at least 3 years.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales performance data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software applications is required.
  • Ability to travel within the designated territory as per the job’s requirements.
