Job Description

As a Banking Sales Executive specializing in Personal Loans, your primary role will be driving business growth by promoting and selling personal loan products. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored financial solutions that align with their financial goals. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, customer service expertise, and a deep understanding of personal loan products. You will work closely with existing clients while also identifying new opportunities to expand your client base. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and contribute positively to the overall performance of the bank’s loan department.


Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities for personal loans.
  • Analyze clients’ financial situations to recommend suitable personal loan products.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries promptly.
  • Stay updated on financial market trends and competitors’ loan products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled follow-ups with potential and existing clients.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with bank policies and regulations.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and present them to management as required.
  • Coordinate with the loan processing team to ensure timely loan approvals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in banking or financial services industries.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and teammates.
  • Strong knowledge of personal loan products and industry regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Good interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with diverse client groups.
  • Ability to analyze financial information and offer relevant loan solutions.
