About The Role

We are looking to hire for an Architecture Governance Specialist to enforce a common enterprise taxonomy for business capabilities, applications, integrations, data, and infrastructure, enabling consistent cross-portfolio comparison and decision-making.

The incumbent will lead the creation and governance of the organization’s Target State Architecture, including a 3 - 5 year roadmap planning, transformation governance, and alignment of technology investment decisions. He / She will maintain clear traceability across current, transitional/interim, and target states.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, implement, and operate the Enterprise Architecture framework and governance processes, aligned with industry standards and best practices, ensuring consistency and auditability.
• Establish and operate enterprise governance forums, such as Architecture Review Boards and technical review forums, enabling structured collaboration across Business, IT, GSO, IT GRC, Architecture, and Compliance teams.
• Govern the enterprise Business Capability Model as a stable, business agnostic anchor.
• Ensure capability mapping across business lines, applications, and IT components to enable informed investment decisions and distinguish strategic versus tactical spending.
• Implement and govern enterprise architecture tooling that serves as the single source of truth for business capability landscapes, application portfolios, application integration architecture, data architecture, and infrastructure architecture.
• Define and publish architecture KPIs, including target state progress & achievement, architecture quality, technical debt progress, and architecture risk, enabling leadership-level visibility and accountability.
• Establish proactive technology risk management practices, including EOL/EOS governance, technical trade-off management, and controlled exception handling to prevent unmanaged architectural and operational risk.
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems / Computer Science.
• At least 15 years of implementing and operating the Enterprise Architecture framework and governance processes.
• Experienced in planning highly available workloads in both Cloud and On-Prem.
• Experienced in ensuring business strategy to be systematically decomposed and mapped to capabilities, then consistently to Products & Services, Applications & Platforms, Integration & APIs, and Infrastructure & Cloud—providing end-to-end traceability from strategic intent to execution.
