Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Arabic Chef to join our culinary team and bring the rich flavors of Middle Eastern cuisine to our esteemed establishment. This position is ideal for a chef who has a deep appreciation and understanding of Arabic culinary traditions and who can execute them with precision and creativity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic Arabic dishes, ensuring high quality and consistency, and showcasing traditional and modern culinary skills. The Arabic Chef will work closely with our kitchen staff to maintain standards of flavor, presentation, and sanitation, creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities

  • Create and prepare a diverse menu of authentic Arabic dishes with precision.
  • Ensure all food is prepared to consistently high standards and reflect the menu.
  • Manage food preparation for both daily service and special events occasions.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and fostering a team-oriented environment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and adhere to food safety regulations.
  • Order and manage inventory of ingredients to maximize freshness and minimize waste.
  • Train staff in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Arabic dishes.
  • Innovate and develop new dishes while adhering to brand standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with management to design seasonal menus and special offers.
  • Maintain detailed records of food cost analysis and labor expenditures.
  • Participate in culinary workshops and stay informed on current food trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Arabic Chef or in a similar culinary role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with kitchen staff.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress under pressure.
  • Formal culinary training and relevant certification is preferred but not required.
