Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the aim to promote and sell our products. You will address their queries about the products and services we offer, always aiming to turn each call into a successful sale. You will play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong sales acumen, along with the ability to develop excellent relationships with prospective clients. Your role will involve initiating sales with potential customers over the phone, handling customer inquiries, promoting products, and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our portfolio. If you have a knack for talking to people, and a compelling sales pitch that exudes confidence and determination, we want to hear from you.


Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers through cold calling and research activities.
  • Understand customer needs and pitch the suitable products effectively.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager.
  • Maintain and expand customer database within your assigned territory.
  • Update CRM systems with call details and customer information regularly.
  • Follow up with existing customers for repeat sales and satisfaction tracking.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better sales results and strategies.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Analyze market trends and gather competitive insights for strategy enhancements.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients as needed.
  • Work with marketing teams to generate new lead funnels and campaigns.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss sales objectives and improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Telesales Executive or similar role.
  • Strong telephonic etiquette and communication skills in English.
  • Ability to learn about products and services quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
  • Good organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking systems.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales or relevant field is a plus.
