Responsibilities

• Maintain updated records of project costs, variations, and completed project reports.

• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards in cost estimation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in facade estimation is needed.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium facade systems and fabrication processes is essential.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accurate estimations.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
