Job Description

The Finance Manager 29N25 plays a vital role in steering the financial health of our organization by developing financial strategies, analyzing market trends, and maximizing profits through prudent investment and risk management. Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive financial plans and closely monitor their execution and outcomes.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly analyzing financial data.
  • Develop risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks associated with the company’s operations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to project future financial trends and set realistic budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, and prepare for audits.
  • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure favorable terms.
  • Analyze investment opportunities to offer recommendations that align with business objectives.
  • Implement strategic business plans and contribute to financial decision making.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop finance staff by creating educational opportunities.
  • Coordinate and direct the financial planning and budget management functions effectively.
  • Report to senior management regarding financial policies, investment outcomes, and market performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role.
  • Strong proficiency in financial management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in financial reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop staff in a dynamic environment.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and statutory regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder management.
