The Chief Technology and AI Office (CTAIO) at PwC Middle East combines strategic foresight with digital innovation to accelerate transformation. Within this platform, PwC's The Difference uses foundations of the MG Taylor methodology to bring together the right people, information, environment and context. We design collaborative experiences that build alignment, improve decisions and move groups from discussion to practical action.

How You’ll Contribute

As a Strategy and Operations Senior Associate in the Chief Technology and AI Office (CTAIO), you will help shape and deliver PwC Middle East’s Technology & AI strategy. Working closely with the Strategy Leader, CTAIO Chief of Staff, and CTAIO workstream leads, you will translate strategic priorities into actionable programmes that accelerate AI transformation, deliver measurable outcomes, strengthen governance, and collaboration across lines of service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support strategic initiatives that advance the CTAIO’s ambition to build the Middle East’s leading AI-powered professional services organisation.
• Help to execute the firm-wide Technology & AI strategy, including the operating model and delivery mechanisms.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the Strategy Office by managing administrative activities, tracking actions, and preparing clear, high-quality slide materials for executive updates and governance forums.
• Contribute to executive governance by translating decisions into clear delivery plans, measurable outcomes, and accountable ownership.
• Track progress against strategic objectives, KPIs and key milestones using executive dashboards to support informed decision making and continuous optimisation.
• Coordinate engagement across CTAIO workstreams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and maintain momentum against the CTAIO vision.
• Improve cross-functional ways of working by identifying opportunities to streamline governance, operating models, and delivery practices.
• Partner with diverse teams to develop AI-enabled business strategies and transformation roadmaps.
• Apply curiosity and strategic thinking to position the Strategy Office as a central enabler of PwC Middle East’s AI transformation.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 3-8 years of experience with a background in project management, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, technology strategy, transformation or enterprise change.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, Technology, Economics or a related discipline.
• Designations & Certifications: MBA or professional qualifications in strategy, project or portfolio management, AI, digital transformation or change management would be advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Experience in strategy development, operating model design, business case development, portfolio management, executive reporting and enterprise transformation. Familiarity with AI, emerging technologies and digital transformation is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: Strong experience in operational / project management roles preferably within AI, technology, consulting or innovation environments. Proven ability to manage operational workstreams, governance cycles and stakeholder coordination. Strong communication and presentation skills, with problem-solving capability and the ability to translate ambiguity into clear strategic direction. Comfortable working with technical teams, xLoS stakeholders, and cross ‑ functional teams in fast ‑ moving environments.
• Language Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
