Advanced Analytics Director | MAF Entertainment | Head Office

Role Summary

The Advanced Analytics Director at Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment plays a pivotal role in scaling the company’s digital and data capabilities to deliver meaningful customer experiences and measurable business impact. This role leads the transformation of customer behaviours and operational data into actionable insights that inform product development, customer engagement strategies, and revenue optimization across the Entertainment portfolio.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Participates in defining long-term strategy for product & customer intelligence, ensuring all data initiatives support key business objectives and align with broader corporate goals.
  • Actionable Data Storytelling: Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Highlight trends, opportunities, and risks that inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead advanced analytics initiatives, including forecasting, regression modeling, and predictive analysis, supporting business goals and revenue growth.
  • Emerging Technologies & PoCs: Evaluate new tools, methodologies, and AI-driven capabilities through pilot programs and proof-of-concepts—rapidly integrating successful innovations into mainstream operations.
  • Framework & Tools: Establish robust analytics frameworks for product usage monitoring, funnel analysis, and feature optimization, ensuring data-driven decision-making at each stage of the product lifecycle.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Technology, Finance, and Operations to align analytics deliverables with business priorities.
  • Build analytical ecosystems to track competitor performance, channel efficiency, and market trends.
  • Opportunity Identification: Use quantitative and qualitative insights to surface new growth avenues, optimize resource allocation, and measure the ROI of key initiatives—ensuring continuous improvement and competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Visionary leader with a passion for driving product excellence, analytics insights, and revenue growth.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within product management, analytics, and growth strategies.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or relevant field.
  • Proven Leadership in Analytics 15+ years of experience in data & analytics with a track record of driving business performance through successfully leading and scaling high-performing technical teams.
  • Mastery in designing and deploying customer-centric reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions—translating data into actionable intelligence that fuels strategic decision-making, enhances customer understanding, and elevates business performance.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Management: Demonstrable ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements and delivering impactful outcomes.
