Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily office operations to ensure efficient administrative support.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments for senior leadership.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital records, databases, and files.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Monitor and order office supplies to maintain necessary stock levels.
  • Provide assistance in budgeting and financial record keeping for the department.
  • Coordinate the logistics for on-site and off-site meetings and events.
  • Support human resources functions such as onboarding and maintaining employee records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Manage special projects as assigned by the management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role within a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal are required.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
