  • Manage office supplies inventory and make orders to ensure availability and cost-efficiency.
  • Support event planning and coordination, capturing necessary details for successful execution.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner at all times.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless collaboration and operations.
  • Provide administrative support in various departments as needed for organizational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative specialist or in a relevant administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various office management software tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
