Job Description

As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring the seamless delivery of accounting services. You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and executing various accounting tasks with a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills. Your role is pivotal in contributing to the financial stability and growth of the organization by ensuring accurate and timely financial information is available to senior management for decision-making. You will work closely with other departments to understand their financial needs and provide support where necessary. Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documents and records daily.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and detailed management reports.
  • Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
  • Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and account integrity.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and facilitate the audit process annually.
  • Identify financial discrepancies and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Support the finance team in processing expense requests and payments.
  • Analyze financial data and provide reports to management for review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting practices consistently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial practices and goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite necessary.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills required.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities needed.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
