Accounts and Finance Executive

Job Summary:

The Finance Executive will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial operations, compliance with commercial terms, and timely reporting. This role involves validating key financial documents, preparing MIS reports, reconciling accounts, supervising general accounting activities, and supporting audits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Validation of Financial Documents
• Review and validate lease agreements, AMC contracts, and insurance documents to ensure compliance with commercial terms and conditions.
2. Management Information System (MIS) Preparation
• Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports for management review and decision-making.
3. Credit Card (Accounts Receivable) Reconciliation
• Perform timely reconciliation of credit card transactions and AR balances to ensure accuracy.
4. Supervision of General Accounting
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
5. Monthly Finalization Entries
• Post and verify monthly closing entries to ensure accurate financial statements.
6. Audit Support
• Assist in year-end audits by providing necessary documentation and resolving audit queries.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Chartered Accountants (from ICAI preferable).
• Min 2–4 years post qualification experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
